01 Traffic officer Full-time
About the Role :
Enigma Aviation Services, a key company of the Baher Al-Damasy Group and Egypt’s leading provider of premium ground handling and business aviation support, is seeking a vigilant and decisive #Traffic_Officer.
In this role, you will ensure seamless vehicle movement, safe flow patterns, and strict regulatory compliance across our site operations to uphold our white-glove service standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee site traffic flow and enforce strict road traffic rules and safety regulations.
- Assess live traffic conditions, mitigate risks, and recommend operational improvements.
- Coordinate effectively with drivers, staff, and external partners using communication devices.
- Manage incident control calmly and efficiently under high-density, high-pressure conditions.
- Complete basic reports and maintain accurate daily logs of traffic movement.

Role:
Enigma Aviation Services, a key company of the Baher Al-Damasy Group and Egypt's leading provider of premium ground handling and business aviation support, is seeking a vigilant and decisive Security Coordinator to safeguard site security and uphold our white-glove service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of security and safety procedures across site operations, ensuring full compliance.
- Continuously assess security risks and recommend preventive measures to enhance performance.
- Coordinate with security teams, staff, and external authorities (e.g., national security, customs) using communication devices.
- Manage security incidents and reports calmly and efficiently under pressure.
- Prepare accurate daily reports and maintain logs of incidents and security observations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Fully oversee daily site operations, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that meet the highest quality and safety standards.
- Manage and direct various operational teams (Traffic, Security, Ground Handling) and evaluate their performance.
- Analyze operational KPIs and propose continuous improvement plans.
- Coordinate with external partners and clients to ensure their requirements are met at the highest level.
- Manage crises and make fast, decisive decisions under pressure.
- Prepare periodic reports to senior management on operational progress, challenges, and opportunities.
